WAPDA Town Multan is a planned residential housing society developed by the WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society (WECHS) and approved by the Multan Development Authority (MDA). It’s one of the most popular housing schemes in Multan, located on the Northern Bypass Road near Bosan Road and LMQ/Multan Road. The purpose of the project has been to offer organized, affordable housing with modern facilities for residents — particularly aiming at safe, secure community living with accessible infrastructure.
Phase I
Situated along the Northern Bypass Road near Bosan Road, one of Multan’s major connecting roads.
Blocks: Phase I includes Blocks A, B, C, D, and E, This was the first and foundational phase of WAPDA Town in Multan. It attracted early residents and investors due to its prime location and relatively early development compared with later phases

Phase II
The plot balloting (official allocation to buyers) was started around 2013.

Phase III
Spread along Multan Road (also cited as Matital/LMQ Road)
Announced by WECHS in 2013 as part of expansion plans. This phase includes both residential and commercial plots, targeting broader development and services within the society.
